The Block's fan favourites Josh Barker and Elyse Knowles are making the most of time together before their family grows.

The couple, who are expecting their first child, are currently spending time in Queensland and shared some idyllic shots from Rainbow Beach.

Josh couldn't help but praise his partner in one post, captioning a series of shots about how stunning she is looking while pregnant.

"How bloody 🔥🔥 is the darl @elyse.knowles looking pregnant! Could be the last time we go on holidays just the 2 of us!!! Had a ball up at DI with good crew!" he captioned the post.

Elyse's growing belly is on display in the snaps and the couple look so happy.

The model also shared her own post about their trip, showing off her bump in a white bikini.

"Can't wait to explore Aus with muff!! Few more weeks," she captioned the post.

Her followers urged her to enjoy these last few weeks of being pregnant and shared their excitement for the couple ahead of the new arrival.

Elyse and Josh announced they were pregnant during a trip to the Northern Territory, revealing the news with a snap of a heart painted on her stomach on Instagram.

Early on she admitted things were a bit rough, with plenty of "spewsies" during the first trimester but once she got over that hurdle things got better.
