Counting Down

Not long to go until we meet our little bub! It's surreal to think that he or she will eventually be in our arms & in our home! Josh & I are unbelievably excited to introduce our baby to the beautiful country we live in. The two of us cherish travel and exploration so much ... and uncovering the magical pockets of Australia with nothing more than a tent, a swag, a trailer and each other. When two becomes three ... holy, moly will life expand in the very best of ways!

The last 9 months has been everything I thought it would be. Wild, wonderful and unpredictable. One minute I feel great & the next I just want to crawl into bed and sink into the sheets and sleep for 5hours. In many ways I think this unpredictable period of time is a nice introduction to motherhood. I know the great times will come with trickier moments, but I will take it as it comes and ensure gratitude is prioritised at every step.

While the world is a funny place at the moment, nothing will stand in the way when it comes to making sure our family remains closely bound by the natural environment we are surrounded by. Oceans, parks, big blue skies. We are counting down the days for future family holidays. No reliance on technology - just ourselves and nature.

I will always adore these particular snaps as they mark a time of my life that is beyond words. Wearing only a little blush I felt completely & utterly striped back and so peacefully content. With a hair full of ocean salt and so many knots, this is truely me.
